JD:

Candidate to have Experience in WIRELINE Deliveries (Fiber, Copper, FTTH, FTTB) & WIRELESS Deliveries (IWAN, RF)
Handling of Upgrade Orders & Their Closure within 24 Hrs. of SLA
Daily Call Communication with Customer~100 No of Links Per Resources
Customer Mail Communications on Daily Basis on Technical Transactions
Updating of All Transactions within the Portals
100% Closure against the Pre-Planned Day Allocation
Jeopardy Inflow Validation Governance
Adhering to the Process KPI’s
Weekly Interaction with Dedicated Circle Spocs on Funnel
