Position: Pre-Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
To provide solutions to complex data center requirements and to be able to design and provide advice to specific data center challenges and improvements. Candidates are expected to have in depth knowledge of a data center environment and to be customer fronting by supporting sales team in winning deals with product enhancements and specific pricing strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support pre-sales and sales team to win/ retain customers by providing specialized advice in solutioning, sizing and customised solution/ SLA when required.
Data Center capacity management of inventory with correlation to sales pipelines.
Support all customer related data center audits.
Understand and keep up to date of the on-goings of the industry and suggest change or improvement when needed.
Work with stakeholders on contractual terms and agreements.
Analyze market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium and long-term planning.
Vendor and partner management.
